Maico
1972 250MC - A very nice Maico 250. Mark Baird sourced an original pipe and a set of NOS Konis were added. This has to be an early 1972 model, it has the narrow frame (later model frame) but still has the round case engine. The small European factories used whatever parts that they had, until they were all used before going to the newer parts. It is not unusual to see chrome rims, round case engines, etc. on year models that were not "supposed" to have them. Such is the manufacturing process of small German companies in the 1970s. Since these pictures were taken, the correct, smaller tank has been added.
